1. Acceptance

By accessing or using aipricingaudit.com ("Service"), operated by Global Software Development ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service scrapes publicly accessible web pages submitted by you, extracts pricing-related information, and generates AI-powered analysis reports. Reports are for informational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

By submitting any URL for analysis, you confirm that:

• The URL is publicly accessible on the internet.
• You have a legitimate business purpose for analysing that page.
• You are not using the Service to collect personal data or circumvent any security measure.
• You will not use report outputs to make false or misleading public claims about any third party.

4. Scraping and Third-Party Content

We scrape only publicly accessible pages. We honour robots.txt Disallow rules and apply rate limiting to avoid overloading target servers. Raw HTML from scraped pages is deleted from our systems after the report is generated. We do not republish third-party content; only structured, AI-extracted data is stored.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content on third-party pages. Analysis output is based on publicly available information at the time of scraping.

5. Intellectual Property

Reports generated by the Service are provided to you for internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content in a way that misrepresents its origin. All software, branding, and service infrastructure remain the property of Global Software Development.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. One-time audit purchases are non-refundable unless the report contains no actionable data due to a system failure on our part — in which case contact support@aipricingaudit.com within 7 days. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; no partial refunds are issued for unused periods.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that reports are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated analysis is probabilistic and should be reviewed critically before making business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Software Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users.
